We will be celebrating Harvest Festival on Tuesday 15th October and we would be very grateful to receive donations of fresh fruit/vegetables and other non-perishable goods e.g. tea, coffee, biscuits, tinned meat, fish or potatoes. Would you please take your gifts straight to the hall from 8.45am onwards on that morning.
At 9.15am Reception and Year 2 children will hold their Harvest Festival and we are inviting parents/guardians of children in Reception and Year 2 to attend at this time.
At 10.00am Year 1 and Year 3 children will hold their Harvest Festival and we are inviting parents/guardians of children in Year 1 and Year 3 to attend at this time
At 10.45am Year 4, 5 and 6 children will be presenting their Harvest Festival and we are inviting parents/guardians of children in Year 4, 5 and 6 to attend at this time.
Photos will be allowed during the performances. Please be reminded that photos are for personal use only.
Unfortunately, due to lack of space in the hall and to avoid disruption to the Festivals, we are unable to invite pre-school children on this occasion. Any parent/guardian with younger children must make suitable childcare arrangements beforehand to avoid any disappointment, as there will be no exceptions.
All food produce will be donated to The Trussell Trust Food Bank. All monetary gifts will be sent to The Salvation Army. Thank you for all your contributions.
FODS will be selling refreshments to you while you wait in the queue. Please note no hot drinks can be taken into the Main School Hall due to Health and Safety.
